Our suite was beautiful. I really enjoyed our room.

Great location. Easy check-in and on-site parking at a nominal cost. Big nice clean rooms.

The bathroom was nice and big, so was the bed. The balcony was a beautiful nice surprise.

They charge me a deposit 200$ before they let me check in that wasn’t through booking so I paid them the 200$ they say I will get refund after I check out on 16 November but until 22 November I didn’t get the money back.

Convenient to LaGuardia AirPort

Location is spectacular for a day layover or before a cruise. Ten minutes to Laguardia, a bodega next door with great bfast/lunch, and a bunch of restaurants to walk to.

I like the location at the end of the 7 train. The trip into the city was reasonable. The neighborhood seemed a bit on the fringe at first, but the longer I stayed, felt less concerned, even at night. The room was huge and I would prefer if I had a smaller one for lower cost, but had booked in case a friend stayed with. The room was pretty quiet as it was not on the main street. Some noise from trash collection at night but not terrible. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit too puffy for my preferences. For the price, it was fairly good value given the cost of NY stays. The airport shuttle was an outstanding amenity. The breakfast which cost extra was quite good, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bowl of yogurt, fruit... the french toast could use a trip through the toaster. Coffee was pretty good. Coffee in room was better, but you have to request a coffee maker. There are several grocers within a few blocks, even some highly rated xiao long bao, I was delighted to see. Overall, very good value for money with very good proximity to LGA with easy city transit.

This is an excellent hotel with very good value for money. It’s immaculately clean, the breakfast is good and plentiful, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is wonderful. The free shuttle to and from LGA is also a fabulous perk.
